Refund policy

At Valued Virtual, we take pride in serving our customers. We do our best to ensure the customer gets their value for money.

All products available at Valued Virtual are formatted as digital downloads. Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads, refunds are only available to individuals who have not yet downloaded their purchase. This policy is applicable for 30 days after you have made a purchase. Thus, once your digitally formatted purchase has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. Thus, it cannot be refunded. This return policy includes requests associated with not having compatible software to use a purchase.

After you have made a purchase on our store. You are eligible for a full refund, provided that you are still within the 30-day period from the date of purchase, and you have not yet downloaded the purchase.

We are happy to provide one-on-one help and guidance regarding the use of purchased products. Guided videos (on request) and written instructions are also available to help the end user.
